Where the earth meets the sky
Pick a point out on that line
Where the earth meets the sky
We'll make that our new place in time
There ain't no way to get ahead
We'll be all caught up when we're dead
So let's just hit the gas and rev it up into the red
Burn a hole right through the skyline, headed west
Don't let off the pedal until there ain't nothin' left
Don't let off the pedal until there ain't nothin' left
It's just you and me baby, just me and you
And there are still a few things left worth doin'
That we could do

With all respect due to Nick DiSalvo, who is incredibly talented, the proggy vocals are not what I love the most with Elder. What I love the most, I'll admit, is the incredible synthy, krauty goodness, from the track Sonntag on the previous album to the wonderful delving LP Hirschbrunnen. I think these instrumental Sessions were a major step in that direction, and I love them dearly for it. Coraxio
Combining crooned murder ballads with raw, angsty hard rock hooks, Melbourne's The Ugly Kings are a wrecking crew well worth watching. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 15, 2021
